To walk the road of wellness, you must find your own map and learn to use your own compass.
I would love to listen to your story and be your guide on your path to wellness. As your health/life coach I will help you focus on patterns that are going right in your life as well as help you uncover unconscious behavioral components that are no longer serving you. I will be your fresh pair of eyes to see the whole picture and to provide insight, suggestion, feedback to help you reach your wellness goals. Together, we will slowly add new healthy routines into your daily life. I will collaborate with you on your intentions, create a map for your path of transformation, and assist you putting this plan into action. Permanent change takes time, committed effort and patience and can be difficult to tackle alone, but I will cheer you on, motivate you and hold you accountable.
I will share with you mindfulness and meditation practice that allow you to recognize your stress, anxiety and worry. You will learn to recognized your emotional triggers. This will give you insight on how to relate to stress and difficult issues differently. Together we will learn how to use meditatation as a relaxation techniques.
With me as your guide, we will observe through different parts of your relationship with work, friends, family, food, life pattern, and to relationship within yourself. I will share with you not only mindfulness practice, meditation technique, functional exercises, and delicious ways to add more healthy fruits and vegetables into each meal, but also how to add more serenity, beauty and joy into each day. Together, we will customize a wellness map to fit your needs and create a new healthy appetite for your life!
The wellness consultation sessions will be conducted in person if you live in Portland, Oregon or over the phone, Face Time or Skype.
30 Minutes Consultation
ComplimentaryGetting to know each other session. This is 30 minutes free consulting session in which we would go over your health history, discuss your concerns, and the areas that you would like assistance with. I will send you a health history form to fill out at your convenience before our first session. We can see if we both are a good fit with one another. This session is on me.
One on One Consultation 1 hour Session
$98One hour session to assist you with specific issues regarding your health and wellness lifestyle. Or for meditation and mindfulness private instruction session. Or the combination of the two components of health /life coaching and meditation instruction. Can be purchased individually or as follow up sessions after you have completed full course sessions.
Full Course 6 Months Program
$1,045Total of 12 sessions: two 60 minute sessions a month for 6 months. . This course is designed to assist you in making long lasting lifestyle changes. Research shows that behavioral modification needs consistency, practice, effort and time. This course is wonderful for someone looking to find work/life balance and how to find better way to let go of stress and anxiety. Also it is great for someone who would like to work on relaxation techniques and stress reduction with some guidance. Together we can collaborate on a personalized plan, practical tools, and emotional support. There is payment plan available for this program.
